Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to verified addresses.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, we currently do not ship to customers outside of the contiguous United States of America (Hawaii and Alaska not included).

How long will it take to receive my order?

When placing an order, please allow up to 3 days  business for processing. Standard shipping takes up to 5 days for delivery and 2 days for expedited shipping. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we have no control over further shipment delays.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. However, if there is an issue or defect with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Any products that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders. 

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Here at K. Sparrow Beauty, we do our best to inspect every item before it is shipped out. However, we understand that receipt of a defective item or other applicable reasons is possible. If this occurs, please email support@ksparowbeauty.com within 3 days of receiving your order

Can I cancel or change my order once it's submitted?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, it can not be altered or changed in any way. We encourage you to review your order thoroughly prior to submitting.

Do you offer any discounts?

We encourage you to sign up for our mailing list so that you can be first to know about any promotions, sales, discounts and new product launches.
