However, we understand that receipt of a defective item or other applicable reasons is possible. If this occurs, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order or contact us here with your order number and a photo of the defective item. We do not refund shipping charges. Any products that have been altered, cut, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.
